Accommodation
Botaira Beach Resort has, for privacy and pleasure, only 11 spacious contemporary Fijian style bures with modern ensuite facilities sited on an absolute beachfront location.
The 11 beachfront bures at Botaira Resort were constructed in 2002 with 3 additional bures in 2003 and one new luxury bure in 2008. All bures have been refurbished in 2008/2009. They are of traditional construction with thatched roofs, local timber & artwork. The walls have large screened louve windows while the floor is varnished timber.
Your private bure is spacious and airy with a queen bed plus a single day bed, lounge chairs and a storage wardrobe, drawers and desk. Note: power is locally generated and shuts down between 2 and 6.30am.
The bathroom features a tiled shower, hot and cold water, 230 volt power and flush toilet. Fluffy bath towels and toiletries are provided.
Daily maid service is by friendly Fijian staff who will happily attend to your needs to ensure that your bure is clean and comfortable with attention to detail normally found in a quality hotel.

Manta Rays
There is nothing more thrilling in life than to experience wildlife in it's own element, and that is exactly what swimming with the Manta Rays is like. The trip involves a short boat ride to Manta Ray Passage, either the early morning or late afternoon. The Manta Ray season is typically in June and July, although some lucky guests may get to see them during May. Swimming with these massive sea creatures is a must do activity. Please Note: Manta Rays are harmless; they do not have the lethal barbs that Sting Rays have. Small charges may apply for the boat trip.
